First of all, I wouldn’t go to a Los Angeles beach if you paid me. Hell, I wouldn’t go to Los Angeles if you paid me. Just a city full of entitled jerks with no understanding of when to cheer or when to be on their BlackBerrys during the NBA Finals or anything. Also, the Angels, Lakers and LA’s football team are terrible.
I know they don’t have a football team. I’m just preparing for when they do.
That said, for those poor saps that are stuck there and now can’t even go to the beach and play frisbee, this sucks. Like is there any greater joy than going to the beach on a beautiful afternoon and throwing a frisbee around while sipping Coronas? And now you’re going to have to pay a cool grand if you “get caught” with a frisbee on an LA beach?
Guarantee you if these “lawmakers” spent one winter in Boston they’d be giving everyone in LA free frisbees. Moral of the story: you never know how to appreciate what you have until it’s gone.
