Multiple media outlets are reporting that Tottenham forward Robbie Keane is heading to Los Angeles to sign a two-year, $9 million deal with the Galaxy.
The Galaxy declined to comment on the potential move.
While the deal appears difficult logistically, with the club already having three designated players in Landon Donovan, David Beckham and Juan Pablo Angel, the Galaxy told Goal.com that they have “contacted or been contacted by a host of players” during this summer’s transfer window.
